Basil is one of the most loved culinary herbs: it is incredibly aromatic and has a fresh uplifting flavor. Combined with the fruity tartness of apple cider vinegar, it makes for a wonderful addition to salad dressings, tomato dishes, and refreshing summer drinks.
Add 1-3tsp to some water and drink in the morning or before a meal. Use in dressings and any other recipes calling for vinegar.
Herbal vinegars can be used as an alcohol-free alternative to tinctures. They are known to be rich in minerals and vitamins.
