Description
Beautiful yarrow grows everywhere and has been used for a vast variety of ailments across the world. Most famously, yarrow has been used to stop bleeding on the battlefields since ancient Greece and was named after the renowned hero Achilles. I consider yarrow to be an herbal apothecary onto itself and don’t go anywhere without it!
Directions
Shake well and take 2-4 droppers full (2-4ml) in some water 2 to 3 times a day for up to 7 days or take 2-6 droppers full (2-6ml) in water for acute support.
It is best to take the tincture before or away from meals, so your body can absorb it better.

Medicinal Properties
Yarrow’s most famous use is as a first aid plant, to disinfect wounds and stop excessive bleeding (wounds, menstrual bleeding, nosebleeds). It is also known to support the immune system through fevers and infections, to regulate and strengthen the circulatory and reproductive systems, and to improve digestion and fight digestive infections. It is also used to treat skin conditions, such as acne, oily skin, and eczema.
