Plant Spirit Healing & Folk Herbalism Consultations
My approach is rooted in folk herbalism and plant spirit medicine, which could be described as a shamanic way to work with plants. This heart-centered and Earth-based form of herbalism is all about connecting you with your inner self and your plant allies to promote your healing and well-being.
We are all complex and multilayered beings and so many aspects of our health go beyond the mere physical realm. Our thoughts and emotions, our spirit and soul, and all that surrounds us impact what manifests in our body.
Plants are multilayered beings as well and so much more than green medicine that can ease symptoms. And when we work with them as such, they become powerful allies on our healing journey.
During the sessions, we will work together in a 1 on 1 setting and talk about your health as a whole on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels and find the plant allies that can support you on your healing journey right now.
How Does It Work?
Once you have contacted me, we will schedule an initial 2-hour long session during which we will go over a thorough intake form together. You won’t have to prepare or fill out forms ahead of time, as we’ll cover it all during the intake. This initial session is intended to give you the time and space to describe your concerns within a meaningful conversation and be heard. At the end of our first session, I will suggest some plants for you to work with initially.
I will check in with you after a week and may have additional suggestions, based on how things are going for you, how the plants felt to you, the research I did, and the Plant Spirits that came through for you after the intake session. We can then book a follow-up appointment and move forward based on your needs.
All in-person consultations take place at the Wildwood Medicinal Herb Farm in Haines Junction, Yukon. We can do the Plant Spirit Healing & Folk Herbalism Consultations online as well, if distance or illness prevent you from seeing me in person.

Consultation Fees
- Initial Consult – 120 mins – $150
- Follow-Up Consult – 30 mins – $40
- Follow-Up Consult – 60 mins – $80

Herbs & Herbal Preparations
A variety of herbs and herbal preparations, such as tinctures, salves, glycerites, and tea blends are available through my apothecary. They are handmade with homegrown, wildcrafted and/or organic ingredients and I am happy to make custom blends for you. Pricing varies depending on the cost of ingredients and the volume purchased, but will generally be in the $20-$35 range per item.
If you live in Haines Junction, I can make free deliveries and for those who live further away, shipping is an option as well. And of course, you are welcome to use your own preferred herbal supplier or grow/wildcraft the herbs for an even greater connection to them 🙂
