Directions
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water over 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon herbal tea. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Close your eyes, smell its deliciously aromatic scent, and enjoy!

Orange peel is delicious in teas and has joyful and soothing qualities to it, so why not use the peel from the oranges you eat? Make sure you buy organic oranges, wash them thoroughly, and cut and dry the peel when you’re done eating them. If you remove the pith, it will taste sweeter.
