Directions
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water over 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon herbal tea. Cover and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Close your eyes, smell its light fragrance, and enjoy!

Medicinal Properties
Meadowsweet and nettles are both known for their anti-inflammatory and digestive system supportive properties, helping it to heal and strengthening its mucus membranes.
