Description
Vitex berries are pungent and spicy (think pepper) and are beneficial for women. It is said that Hera, the Greek goddess of women, marriage, family, and childbirth was born under a vitex tree. And that tells you a lot about vitex right there!
Directions
Shake well and take 2-3 droppers full in some water 1 to 2 times a day.
Take daily for a minimum of eight weeks to get the full benefits of vitex.
It is best to take the tincture away from meals, so your body can absorb it better.
